Refunds & Returns Policy — Kahni Vieste

At Kahni Vieste, all of our confections are small-batch, perishable, and sealed for hygiene and quality. We want you to love every order, and we comply with all requirements under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

 

 

Our Policy

 

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and require a photograph of the issue to be emailed to jake@kahnivieste.com.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items (if applicable)

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us at jake@kahnivieste.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and notify you whether your replacement or refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, you may choose:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund processed to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, though your financial institution may take additional time to clear the funds.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Deciding you no longer want the product
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Disliking the flavour or texture
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

These situations are not considered faults under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
